The bachelor thesis is concerned with problems of motor freight transportation in the Czech Republic with emphasis on toll collection. The thesis focuses as well on other regulation -- the driving restriction and hours of service. The thesis is divided into four parts. First section presents the Stigler's and Peltzman's theory of economic regulation. In part two is emphasized the importance of motor freight transportation. There is described the situation on freight transport market as well. Third section explains what regulation are set in the Czech Republic, especially the electronic fee collection is described.
