EUROREGIN NISA AND ITS CROSS-BOARDER COOPERATION WITH SAXONY

The diploma thesis in its theoretical part describes importance and requirements of the cross-border cooperation, history and facts about Euroregion Nisa, Next part briefly describes programs supporting cross-border cooperation, that where in Czech Republic implemented before was Czech Republic accepted as a member of the European Union and after that from the perspective of the Euroregion Nisa. Practical part analysis and compares structures of applicants and their projects within the Small Projects Fund between program Interreg IIIA Czech Republic -- Saxony and program Cíl 3/Ziel 3 Czech Republic -- Saxony from the perspective of the Euroregion Nisa. Next part here contains evaluation of those two programs by applicants and their opinions were obtained by prepared questionnaire. The main goal of the thesis is thus to analyze Euroregion Nisa and its cooperation with Saxony, find out whether submitting of an application and project implementation within the time has simplified or vice versa and suggest own recommendations for the future of this kind of cooperation.Diplomová práce je ve své teoretické části věnována vysvětlení významu a náležitostí přeshraniční spolupráce, popisu historie a faktických údajů o Euroregionu Nisa. Dále jsou zde stručně popsány programy na podporu přeshraniční spolupráce, které byly na území ČR implementovány před a po vstupu ČR do Evropské unie z pohledu Euroregionu Nisa. V praktické části je provedena analýza a komparace struktury žadatelů a jejich projektů v rámci Fondu malých projektů mezi programem Interreg IIIA ČR -- Sasko a programem Cíl 3 na podporu přeshraniční spolupráce ČR -- Sasko z pohledu Euroregionu Nisa a shrnuto hodnocení těchto dvou programů žadateli, jejichž názory byly získávány na základě připraveného dotazníku. Cílem diplomové práce je tedy analyzovat Euroregion Nisa a jeho přeshraniční spolupráci se Svobodným státem Sasko, zjistit, zda se proces podávání žádosti a realizace projektů v čase zjednodušil nebo naopak a navrhnout vlastní doporučení pro budoucnost této kooperace
