In this paper, we investigate about the reality of unacquired annual leave, which has become one of the main pillars of the working conditions of doctors, by conducting a questionnaire survey on hospital physicians, and investigate the disparity between different hospital departments and their work environment and the difference in the attitude of hospital physicians.
