The lifetime or the orbital time decay of LEO (Low Earth Satellite) with the altitude less than 500 km depends on the atmospheric density. The atmospheric density depends on altitude and the solar and the geomagnetic activities. Using the simultaneous relation of the atmospheric density and the altitude and the periode of satellite, it has been made the orbital time decay -model, in which the input is altitude, cross section, and mass of the satellite and the atmopheric density of MSIS-90 (Model Standrd Incoherent Scatter-90) converted to be the density as function of altitude. The model has been examined to a satellite having mass of 100 kg, cross section of 1 n2, the altitude of 300 km and drag coeffisient 2 and to a ball microsatellite, ...
