PENDIDIKAN KEWARGANEGARAAN SEBAGAI SARANA MENUJU DEMOKRASI DAN MASYARAKAT MADANI

Civic education is the education which focusses for forming citizen that understand and implement their rights and obligations to become the smart Indonesian citizen, skillful, and with character commended by Pancasila dan Basic Constitution 1945.This education aims to build the student awareness about their rights and obligations as citizen and can use it democratically and civilized. With civilized and democratic society hence can realize the life of civil society. Civic education has the central role in forming democratic and civil society. This article studies civic aducation as a tool of democracy and civil society formin
