Add to ORKGThe purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between pedagogic competencies toward classroom management abilities. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling with 50 respondents. The data were collected by using observation, questionnaire, and documentation. The data was analyzed by using Pearson Product Moment. The results showed that there are a significance correlation between pedagogical competencies with classroom management. The value of coefficient correlation was 0.399 with positive direction. It can be concluded that pedagogical competencies can improve teacher classroom management ability.
