UJI EFEK ANALGETIK EKSTRAK ETANOL DAUN KERSEN (Muntingia calabura L.) The purpose of this research is to find the analgetic effect of the conferral of kersen leaf extract (Muntingia calabura L.) peroral in mice which then observed the amount of wriggle after the heat induction. This study used 15 mice divided into 5 treatment groups as follows: negative control group (CMC), positive control group (Paracetamol), 0.092 g leaf extract group, 0,184 g leaf extract group and 0.368 g leaf extract group. The number of mice responses to the pain stimuli observed prior to the administration of the test solution, and the comparison can be seen between before and after the administration of the test solution. The observation was performed for 1 minute; the change of mice response was seen at minute of 30, 60, 90, and 120, respectively. The data were analyzed statistically by One-Way ANOVA (Analysis Of Variance) test in table and graph form.Keywords: Analgetic, kersen leaf (Muntingia calabura L.), Mus musculusABSTRAK Nyeri didefinisikan sebagai suatu pengalaman sensorik dan emosional yang berkaitan dengan kerusakan jaringan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui efek analgetik dari pemberian ekstrak daun kersen (Muntingia calabura L.) peroral pada mencit yang kemudian diamati jumlah geliatnya setelah diinduksi panas. Penelitian ini menggunakan 15 ekor mencit yang dikelompokkan menjadi 5 kelompok perlakuan yaitu kelompok kontrol negatif (CMC), kelompok kontrol positif (Parasetamol), kelompok ekstrak daun kersen 0,092 g, kelompok ekstrak daun kersen 0,184 g dan kelompok daun kersen 0,368 g. Jumlah respon mencit terhadap rangsangan nyeri diamati sebelum pemberian larutan uji, dapat dilihat perbandingan antara sebelum pemberian larutan uji dan sesudah pemberian larutan uji. Pengamatan dilakukan selama 1 menit, perubahan respon mencit dilihat pada menit ke 30, 60, 90, dan 120.
