This study aims to describe the effectiveness of POGIL model to increase critical thinking skills in chemical equilibrium topic. The population is all of students XI Science at one of Senior High School in Bandar Lampung teaching year 2018/2019, sample selected by purposive sampling tehnique obtained XI Science 5 as experiment class and XI Science 6 as control class, use quasi experiment method with pretestt-posttest control group design. Experiment class use POGIL model and control class use lecture convensional. The result with t-test indicated that score of n-Gain mean difference was significantly different experiment and control class, supported by the persent of student activity average at experiment class is higher than control class,...
