This research aims to describe the effectiveness of Learning Cycle 6E model to improve inferring skill and koloid concept mastery. This reseach uses Quasi Experimental Method and Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population of this research was students of XI science SMA YP Unila Bandar Lampung, with XI science 2 class and XI science 4 as samples. The effectiveness of Learning Cycle 6E model was measured based on the difference of a significant N-gain and t test. The results showed that average value of N-gain of concept mastery in experiment and control class were 0.73 and 0.58 respectively; and average value of N-gain for inferring skill in experiment and control class were 0.75 and 0.56 respectively.
