FAKTOR RISIKO KANKER PAYUDARA DI RSUD DR. SOEDARSO PONTIANAK

Background: Breast cancer incidence are numerous in many countries,including Indonesia. The main causes of breast cancer is unknown, butvarious kinds of risk factor have been known associated with the incidenceof breast cancer. Objective: To Identify the risk factors of breast cancer in dr. Soedarsohospital Pontianak. Method: This study is a descriptive observational study with aretrospective approach. This study was conducted at the clinic of surgeryand surgical ward of dr. Soedarso hospital Pontianak from Desember12011 until February 27th2012. The Data were collected from 70 samplesusing a list of interview questions. Results: The most common age group who suffer breast cancer is 39-45years old as many as 21 patients. Conclusion: The most common age group affected was women aged 3945years by 30%. Breast cancer risk factors in Dr. Soedarso hospitalPontianak is commonly found in the family with breast cancer (51.4%),early age of menarche (68.6%), and nulliparous (34.3%). Breast cancerpatients in Dr. Soedarso Hospital Pontianak mostly come from PontianakCity (62.9%).Key words: Breast Cancer, Risk Factors, dr.
