The purpose of this study is to describe the application of the balanced scorecard (BSC) in a non-profit organization's strategic planning, which is the strategic management of Al Kautsar Foundation. The research method is a descriptive qualitative case study approach. The informants are from the management of Al Kautsar Foundation. The techniques of collecting data usedwere interviews, observation, and documentation.
