The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the influence between: 1) teachers personality toward teachers job commitment, 2) organization conflict toward teachers job commitment also 3) teachers personality and organization conflict simultaneously toward teachers job commitment on public senior high schools in Pringsewu regency.
