[Synopsis] The plant promoting effect using by the compost producing in Sobetsu town, showed in this paper. Application of this compost with 30% suppressing for the application of chemical fertilizer to field, showed that the production mass have increased in all of test crops, potato, broccoli, pumpkin, and sweet corn, 5.8%, 28.2%, 28.9% and 2.8% respectively. These results suggested that highly mature compounds promoted plant growth of the test crops and could decrease the application to the field of chemical fertilizer with this compost. This application maybe lead to sustainable agriculture with environmental friendly
