Governing Technique and Political Power of State Governance to Control Governance:A Critic of Neo-Liberalism State Governance

[Abstract] The Question we have to ask here is to reexamination the concept of the governance. In this paper, I try to discuss and decide about the concept of the governance, and also the relations of the governance and the state governance. I argue about the governing technique and political power in the state governance. I push forward an argument about the switches from state governance of the neoliberalism to social governance in order to rescue the governance that fell into "a plot of the governance" by being based on the procedure of such an argument
