[Author abstract]In this paper Aspergillus niger van Tieghem was used for studies on the effect of metal salts to the formation of liquefying amylase and saccharifying amylase by Fungi. Various salts used in the investigation were CuSO_4, CoCl_2, NiCl_2, MnCl_2, SnCl_2, PbSO_4, ZnSO_4, HgCl_2, BaCl_2 and A1_2(SO_4)_3. These salts were added in the incubating medium at various concentration from 10^ to 10^ M. Aspergillus niger was incubated by the method of shaking culture at 35℃ for 6 days, and the incubating medium was used for the determination of liquefying amylase and saccharifying amylase. In the case of the addition of MnCl_2, Al_2 (S0_4)_3 or CuSO_4 these salts acted effectively to form of liquefying amylase and saccharifying amylase...
