In the article Kovač claims that quality in education can be measured on the basis of comparison between profit and noprofit sectors - activities. He defines quality on five levels, namely quality as a system, quality as a process, quality as control, quality as competition, and quality as business philosophy. Kovač concludes that quality of education process primarily means encouragement of personal creativity and establishment of values for joint cooperation.
