Regímenes de riego en el crecimiento y rendimiento de cuatros variedades de quinua (Chenopodium quinoa Willd.) bajo sistema de goteo

The purpose of this research was to determine the response of three irrigation regimes on the growth, yield and grain quality of four varieties of quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa Willd). The experimental test was carried out in the Irrigations Investigation Unit of the Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina (Unalm). The 4 varieties under study were: V1 = La Molina 89, V2 = Salcedo INIA, V3 = Pasankalla and V4 = Negra Collana and the irrigation regimes based on the higher level were: R1 = 4,800 m 3 /ha (100% Total Irrigation Requirement), R2 = 4,200 m 3 /ha (87,5% TIR) and R3 = 3,600 m 3 /ha (75%TIR). The experimental design used was Split plot. It was concluded that the interaction of the irrigation regime in the varieties of the quinoa was significant in the length of the main panicle, leaf area, panicle dry matter, total dry matter, grain yield, seed weight per plant, amount of grains per plant, all the sizes of the granulometry, all the agronomic parameters and profitability index. In general, it is concluded that La Molina 89 was the best variety since it obtained the highest yield, irrigation water use efficiency (WUEI) and profitability index applying R1, these being 7343 kg/ha, 1,53 kg/ m 3 and 176,6%; respectively, it also obtained the highest percentage of extra-large and large grains. Finally, it is concluded that the irrigation regime does not influence the percentage of proteins and saponins of the varieties studied.El propósito de esta investigación fue determinar la respuesta de tres regímenes de riego en el crecimiento, rendimiento y calidad de granos, de cuatro variedades de quinua (Chenopodium quinoa Willd.). El ensayo experimental se llevó a cabo en la Unidad de Investigación en Riegos de la Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina (Unalm).
