Percepción local de los factores claves de la resiliencia en destinos turísticos

The objective of this research is to measure resilience factors of tourist destinations affected by natural disasters, focusing on the perception of the different local actors in these territories. For this case study, we chose two destinations affected by the earthquake and tsunami of February 27, 2010, which correspond to the municipalities and coastal destinations of Licantén and Pichilemu, in the central zone of Chile. As a methodology, a Shift-Share comparative analysis model was applied to measure and compare the resilience factors of destinations and their perception by Local Government, Entrepreneurs and Residents. The measured factors correspond to Capacities, Properties and Connections. As primary results, resilience differs greatly between one destination and another, highlighting that the connections and capacities were the perceived as better, and in final instance, the resilience properties. Regarding the most favorable factor, the connections are acceptable in both destinations, being in order of priority Licantén and then Pichilemu. On the other hand, when carrying out the comparative analysis between destinations, it is clearly stated that the resilience in Pichilemu is greater than in Licantén, which generated a faster recovery of the destination.La presente investigación, tiene como objetivo medir factores de resiliencia en destinos turísticos afectados por desastres naturales, enfocándose en la percepción que tienen los diferentes actores locales de los territorios. Para este caso de estudio se consideraron dos destinos afectados por el terremoto y tsunami del 27 de febrero de 2010, que corresponden a los municipios y destinos litorales de Licantén y Pichilemu, en la zona central de Chile. Como metodología se aplicó un modelo análisis comparativo Shift –Share que permitió medir y comparar los factores de resiliencia de destinos y su percepción por parte de: Gobierno Local, Empresarios y Residentes. Los factores medidos corresponden a Capacidades, Propiedades y Conexiones. Como principales resultados, la resiliencia difiere bastante entre un destino y otro, destacando que son las conexiones y capacidades las mejor percibidas y finalmente las propiedades de resiliencia. Respecto al factor más favorable, las conexiones, estas se perciben aceptables en los dos destinos, estando en orden de prioridad Licantén y luego Pichilemu. Por otro lado, al realizar el análisis comparativo entre destinos, se manifiesta claramente que la resiliencia en Pichilemu es mayor que en Licantén, lo que generó una recuperación más rápida del destino
