Introduction: It is intended to describe the great epidemics that have occurred in Mexico, in the last 100 years. Methodology: Various documentary sources were used in which there would be the registry of epidemics that occurred in Mexico during the last 100 years. Results: Ten diseases were documented of which an epidemic outbreak occurred among the population of the country. Of these, Spanish influenza, bubonic plague, smallpox, and HIV-AIDS stand out.
