DETERMINAN KEBERHASILAN TURNAROUND PADA PERUSAHAAN YANG MENGALAMI FINANCIAL DISTRESS (Studi pada Perusahaan yang Terdaftar di Index Saham Syariah Indonesia Tahun 2014-2017)

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the factors that influence turnaround success of financiaal distress companies in Indonesian Isamic Index 2014-2017. The population in this study ware 160 companies isted on the 2014-2017 Indonesian Islamic Stock Index. Using purposive sampling, 18 companies wilk be studied. Data obtained from the publication of financial statements from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange www.idx.co.id . The analytical method used in this study is logistic regression analysis with SPSS 20.0 test equipment. Based on the results of research and analysis that has been done, it is obtained that partially internal variables severity, free assets, and assets retrenchment significantly positive effect on turnaround success in companies experiencing financial distress, while two external factors economic growth and inflation have no effect. The results obtained through the G test or simultaneous test together severity variables, free assets, asset retrenchment economic growth and inflation affect the success of turnaround in companies experiencing financial distress. Key words: Turnaround, Severity, Free Assets, Assets Retrenchment, Financial Distress ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan turnaround pada perusahaan yang mengalami financial distress yang terdaftar di Index Saham Syariah Indoensia tahun 2014-2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 160 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Index Saham Syariah Indonesia tahun 2014-2017. Dengan menggunakan purposive sampling maka didapat 18 perusahaan yang akan diteliti. Data diperoleh dari publikasi laporan keuangan dari website resmi Indonesia Stock Exchange www.idx.co.id . Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi logistik dengan alat uji SPSS 20.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis yang telah dilakukan maka diperoleh hasil bahwa secara parsial variabel internal yang meliputi tingkat ketahanan perusahaan terhadap distress (severity), aset bebas (free assets) dan efisiensi aset (assets retrenchment) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keberhasilan turnaround pada perusahaan yang mengalami financial distress sedangkan dua faktor eksternal yang meliputi pertumbuhan ekonomi dan inflasi tidak berpengaruh. Hasil yang diperoleh melalui uji G atau uji simultan secara bersama-sama variabel severity, free assets, assets retrenchment pertumbuhan ekonomi dan inflasi berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan turnaround pada perusahaan yang mengalami financial distress.
