This paper deals with Multiple Sequence Alignment (MSA) and the difficulties to derive optimal results from computer algorithms, especially when comparing hundreds of sequences or more. It is common to improve outputs of computer MSA with manual alignment, because humans can find badly aligned areas with little training and improve them. This idea is applied to an online serious game, which gives players the opportunity to improve alignments. Afterwards, other players then improve the previous results. This game can directly run in a modern browser without the need of any plugins or local installation. Similar existing projects are Foldit CKT+10 and Phylo KRK+12.
