Goal-oriented improvement of learning factory trainings

In recent years, learning factories have been increasingly used to develop employees' competencies. The participants should not be taught inert knowledge for known situations, but rather the ability for creative, self-organized handling of unknown situations should be developed. To achieve this objective, a review of actual training effects is necessary. So far there is no competency-oriented method to assess the learning success in learning factories. In this paper, an approach for the result-based evaluation with the help of evaluation tasks is presented, through which weaknesses in current programs can be identified and training programs continuously improved
