As result of a floristic inventory, three new records were obtained for the flora of Mexico City, Mexico, all of them from Milpa Alta municipality and another one from Magdalena Contreras municipality, and additional information is provided. The Meliaceae family is recorded for the first time from the Mexico basin, and it is represented by Cedrela dugesii S. Watson. On the other hand, Chusquea bilimekii E. Fourn (Poaceae) and Arceuthobium abietis-religiosae Heil (Viscaceae) are recorded for the first time in Mexico City. The habitat of each species is described and distribution map in Mexico City is included.
