Even though a lot of ICT is designed for the older adults, we still know little about this user group's abilities to interact independently with new technological devices and experiences the technology creates. In this paper, we explore user experience and long-term acceptance of a wellness monitoring solution in a real life setting. The solution collects data by asking questions about everyday life of the person through a touch screen PC. It also motivates users to perform their daily activities. From four to nine months field trial was conducted with nine users. The findings show that the older adults learned easily to use touch screen PC.
