Owela (Open Web Lab) is an online community that supports participatory design within users, designers and developers. Currently Owela serves as a platform that collects user feedback, experiences and ideas from different physical and online sources. In this paper we present the Owela co-design model and tools for different phases of the innovation process. The co-design process consists of open innovation space and scheduled projects for product and service development.
