In the future there will be more and more physical devices and objects that are connected to the Web and which can be used through separate Web User Interfaces (UIs). The usability can be improved with an overall UI that is adapted for separate physical objects and contexts. This requires techniques that are able to combine UIs of physical objects in a single UI and to adapt it for new physical environments and for rapidly changing contexts. We developed a task-based composition technique to support composition of content and context-sensitive applications.
