This paper describes a feasibility study of using a stable semiconductor digital-To-Analog converter (DAC) based arbitrary waveform generator in audio frequency range up to 20 kHz for calibrating analog-To-digital converters (ADC). The source acting as a transfer standard is circulated in four national metrology institutes (NMI). The behavior of the source during the circulation is monitored using thermal converters, ac Quantum Voltmeters and sampling methods. The sampling techniques used by the partners in decomposing the waveforms are compared
