DOIAbstract
High-resolution neutron and X-ray results are considered with special emphasis laid on some anomalous features connected with the tetragonal-to-orthorhombic phase transition. A theoretical model based on random fields of lattice strains is also given so as to explain the enhancement of Tc.</p
