My attempt is to present and analyze in ten chapters some of the key functions and aspects of HRM and Project Management. In the past, HRM used to undertake mainly administrative responsibilities and work tasks. However, in the existent competitive business environment, it should play a much more important role, having a more strategic role within the organizations.
