In Finland and also in many countries many bridges have been monitored, but in the future the number of monitored bridges will be increasing. Today typically there are 20 to 100 sensors in each bridge and therefore the amount of measured data will increase a lot in the future, especially if the dynamic measurements are performed. The other main idea is that the measured data itself does not include important information for the bridge owner, because usually measurements are only series of number. Therefore the measures data should be reported and analyzed.
