Maintenance Supported by Cyber-Physical Systems and Cloud Technology

The paper discusses about the possibilities of Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) and cloud technology in maintenance. Fairly new sensor solutions that could be used in maintenance and in interaction with CPS are also presented. Data models are important part of condition based maintenance (CBM) because the huge amount of data that is produced and thus also Machinery Information Management Open System Alliance (MIMOSA) Open System Architecture for Condition-Based Maintenance (OSA-CBM) standard architecture for transferring information is discussed
