STRUKTUR DAN KARAKTER TOKOH DALAM NOVEL RANAH 3 WARNA KARYA AHMAD FUADI (THE STRUCTURE AND CHARACTERS FIGURES IN RANAH 3 WARNA NOVEL BY AHMAD FUADI)

The Structure and Characters Figures in Ranah 3 Warna Novel by Ahmad Fuadi. The aim of thisresearch is to describe the structure and characters’ figures contained in Ahmad Fuadi’s novel, Ranah3 Warna. After data analysis has been done, it was found that the structure and characters’ figureswhich are reflected in the characters, worth to be modeled by the community, especially by the younggeneration, to provoke and motivate strong and creative self establishment. The structures analyzed bythe researcher are: theme, message, characterization, background, and the plot. Thus, the characters’figures contained in the novel are: persistency, responsibility, independency, logical, critical, creative,innovative, nationalistic, and curiosity. Based on the result, Ranah 3 Warna can be used as a meaningfulreading material for community, especially the young generation.Key words: ranah 3 warna novel, structure, characters’ figure
