This thesis describes how a multi-frequency approach applied to the EMR studies of two distinct polycrystalline paramagnetic systems resulted in dramatic resolution improvements.The EMR techniques used include continuous wave electron paramagnetic resonance (cw-EPR) and electron spin echo envelope modulation (ESEEM).
