The main uses for the ozone generator would be air purification and water purification. The size of the ozone generator was reduced with the use of the microplasm technique, and the building cost was lowered without losing efficiency. The portability due to small size of the device was assumed as an advantage of this design. The concentration of ozone from the generator is shown to be a significant factor in its efficiency.
