Flexible microplasma devices have been of recent interest, primarily in the area of sterilizing as much surface area of skin wounds as possible with great precision and efficiency. Because this is a relatively new area of research, many characteristics and measurements of the non-thermal, atmospheric-pressured plasma are still in need of discovery. In response, this particular thesis focuses on the uniformity of each individual plasma jet in an array of a device under the variation of helium gas pressures and voltage.
