The eXtreme Science and Engineering Discovery Environment (XSEDE) provides researchers,educators, and students across the United States and beyond with access to powerful computers,data, tools, and other resources to conduct research and improve the planet.The XSEDE software architecture defines the mechanisms that people from many different backgrounds can use to access XSEDE services, contribute resources to XSEDE, and develop tools that make use of XSEDE capabilities.
