RESEPSI SISWA TERHADAP CERPEN MATA YANG ENAK DIPANDANG KARYA AHMAD TOHARI

The problem in this research was students reception of Mata yang Enak Dipandang short story by Ahmad Tohari. The purpose of this study was to describe the students reception of Mata yang Enak Dipandang short story by Ahmad Tohari. This study used a qualitative descriptive study. The results showed that student recepts the facts of the story in the short story. The student recepted the figure was based on three aspects attached, namely the physical, psychological, and sociological. At the groove reception, overall student claimed that the plot is very nice and very fit so as to make the reader interested and curious to read it. At the background reception, student recept the background of place, time, and social. The implications of this research is the design of learning and teaching materials.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah resepsi siswa terhadap cerpen Mata yang Enak Dipandang karyaAhmad Tohari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan resepsi siswa terhadap cerpen Mata yang Enak Dipandang karya Ahmad Tohari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa meresepsi fakta-fakta cerita dalam cerpen. Siswa meresepsi tokoh berdasarkan tiga aspek yang melekat, yaitu aspek fisik, psikologis, dan sosiologis. Pada resepsi alur, secara keseluruhan siswa menyatakan bahwa alurnya sangat bagus dan sangat cocok sehingga mampu membuat pembaca tertarik dan penasaran untuk membacanya. Pada resepsi latar, siswa meresepsi latar tempat, waktu, dan sosial. Implikasi penelitian ini berupa perancangan pembelajaran dan bahan ajar.Kata kunci : cerpen, resepsi, siswa
