ABSTRAKTelah dilakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh variasi serat ampas tebu terhadap kuat tekan, kuat lentur, porositas dan densitas beton. Beton dibuat menggunakan semen Portland tipe I dengan variasi ampas tebu 0%, 0,5%, 1%, 1,5%. Kuat tekan maksimum diperoleh pada beton dengan serat ampas tebu 0,5 % yaitu 36 MPa. Kuat lentur tertinggi sebesar 4,88 MPa dimiliki beton dengan serat ampas tebu 1 %.
