The aim of this paper is to establish an analytical relationship between the aquifer parameters for porous media and the so-called Dar-Zarrouk parameters so that the former can best be estimated from the surface resistivity measurements. Taking the two fundamental laws, viz. Darcy's law of fluid flow and Ohm's law of current flow, analytical relationships between transmissivity and transverse resistance, as well as transmissivity and longitudinal conductance have been established.
