A possible mechanism of superconductivity in alkali fullerides (K3C60 and Rb3C60) is proposed. Such a mechanism will predict alkali fullerides superconductors to be different from those of the Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer superconductors in terms of the behaviour of their physical properties
