Nuclear magnetic moments of the I<SUP>π</SUP> = 5/2<SUP>+</SUP> and 7/2<SUP>+</SUP> states of the K = ½ rotational bands in <SUP>169</SUP>Tm and <SUP>171</SUP>Tm have been measured using the perturbed γ angular correlation method. Gamma-ray intensity ratios have been examined in the decay of <SUP>171</SUP>Er, and the mixing amplitude δ(E2/M1) of the 109.8 keV transition in <SUP>169</SUP>Tm has been determined. These and other data are used to determine rotational model parameters as well as transverse and longitudinal effective spin g-factors.
