Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan molases dalam pembuatan silase campuran ampas tahu dan pucuk tebu kering terhadap nilai pH dan komposisi zat-zat makanannya. Rancangan acak lengkap dengan empat tingkatan penggunaan molases yaitu 0, 2, 4, dan 6%, setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Parameter yang diukur adalah nilai pH, abu, protein kasar, lemak kasar, serat kasar dan bahan ekstrak tanpa nitrogen (BETN). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penambahan molases menurunkan (P<0,05) nilai pH. Penggunaan molases lebih dari 4% meningkatkan (P<0,05) kadar abu dan bahan ekstrak tanpa nitrogen (BETN) dan menurunkan (P<0,05) kadar protein, sedangkan kadar lemak kasar dan serat kasar berbeda tidak nyata.
