This research is motivated by the fluctuating selling rate. The purpose of this research is to know how big influence of product quality, brand image, service quality to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction Master Fried Chicken and Burger Bandar Lampung partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is descriptive verification with ex post facto approach and survey. The population in this study as many as 135 consumers with the sample used as many as 100 consumers. Determination of sample is done by using Non Probability Sampling method by using Accidental Sampling Technique. Each question posed to the respondent is measured on the Differential Semantic scale.
