This study aimed to determine the effect of the dimensions of SERVQUAL (Service Quality) which covers the tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy for customer satisfaction of Bengkel "ABADI SERVICE" Tambahrejo Pringsewu Lampung. The method used in this research was descriptive verificative method with ex post facto approach and survey method. Subject of research was the customer of Bengkel "ABADI SERVICE" Tambahrejo Pringsewu Lampung. The population in this study was the one who fix the cars in the garage. The sampling technique in this research was Non Probability Sampling with accidental sampling technique. The sample in this research amounted to 100 people.
