PERSEPSI SISWA TENTANG KOMPETENSI GURU, MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI DAN SIKAP TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher competence , motivation achievement and students attitudes on subject towards learning outcomes economy . The method used in this research was descriptive verification with ex post facto approach and survey. The population in this research was class X of odd semester in MAN 1Pesawaran Academic Year 2015-2016 and 91 sample students were determined by Taro Yamane formula. Sample determination method used probability sampling by using simple random sampling. Hypothesis testing was using linear regression path analysis. The results showed that there is an influence of the research results directly or indirectly between students perceptions about the teacher competence motivation achievement and attitudes on subject towards economy learning outcomes of students in MAN 1 Pesawaran.Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi guru, motivasi berprestasi dan sikap siswa pada mata pelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X Semester ganjil MAN 1 Pesawaran Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 dan sampel 91 siswa yang ditentukan dengan rumus Taro Yamane. Metode penetapan sampel yaitu probability sampling dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil penelitian ada pengaruh secara langsung maupun tidak langsung antara persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi guru, motivasi berprestasi dana sikap siswa pada ata pelajaran terhadap hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa kelas X MAN 1 Pesawaran.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, kompetensi guru, motivasi berprestasi, sikap siswa pada mata pelajara
