The purpose of this study to determine the Influence of Service Quality and Sales Promotion of Sales Volume through Consumer Satisfaction at Kotabumi Railway Station 2017. Population in this study as many as 1746 respondents. The sample is 95 respondents. which is determined by probablility sampling technique using simple random. Data collection was done by using unit analysis questionnaire by using Linear Regression and Path Analysis. The subject of research is the railway consumer at Kotabumi Railway Station. The research method used in this research is descriptive verification method with ex post facto and survey approach.
