This research aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of the certified teachers of Public and Private Junior High School of Tanjung Senang Bandar Lampung District on the independent variable of work discipline, compensation, and oversight. The method used is the Ex Post Facto and survey with descriptive research design verification. The sampling technique is probability sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling method and calculated using the Slovin’s formula. Hypothesis testing used simple linear regression analysis unit and multiple.
