This research aims was analyzed to determine the influence of service quality, price, facility, and location partially and simultaneously on the customer satisfaction of senior high school students of grade XII in Hafara Courses Pagar Alam Bandar Lampung. The population in this research is all students of grade XII in Hafara Courses Pagar Alam, Bandar Lampung which are 80 students and the sample used by the researcher is saturation sampling. The research method used in this research is descriptive verification method with ex facto approaches and surveys. The hypothesis testing was done by using T test partially and F test simultaneously.
