PENGARUH RPP, METODE PEMBELAJARAN, SARANA PRASARANA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SERTIFIKASI

The aim of this research is to know influence of RPP, learning method, and facilities of certificated teachers. The method of research uses descriptive verification approach by ex post facto and survey. The population consists of 145 teachers chosen by Slovin formula in amount of 106 persons. The hypothesis testing 1, 2, and 3 uses simple linear regression and hypothesis 4 uses multiple linear regression. The result of research showed: (1) There is an influence of RPP towards certificated teachers’ performance; (2) There is influence of Learning method certificated teachers’ performance; (3) There is influence of facilities towards certificated teachers’ performance; (4) There is influence of RPP, learning method, and facilities toward performance of certificated teachers.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh RPP, metode pembelajaran, dan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 145 orang guru dengan jumlah sampel berdasarkan rumus Slovin sebanyak 106 orang guru. Pengujian hipotesis 1, 2, dan 3 menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan hipotesis 4 dengan menggunakan regresi linier multiple. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh RPP terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi; (2) Ada pengaruh metode pembelajaran terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi; (3) Ada pengaruh sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi; (4) Ada pengaruh RPP, metode pembelajaran, dan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi.Kata kunci: kinerja, metode pembelajaran, RPP, saran
