PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN, KETERAMPILAN MENGAJAR, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of the High School certificated teacher Eastern District of Tanjung Karang Bandar Lampung in the Academic Year 2012/2013 limited to the learning model, teaching skill and work motivation of the independent variables. The method used is the Ex Post Facto and descriptive survey research design verification. Sampling is a probability sampling technique with proportionate stratified random sampling and calculated by The Slovin formula. The unit of analysis a simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. Object is the teachers who have been certified. Based on the analysis of data obtained statistic calculated using the formula: (1). There is an influence of learning model on the teacher performance. (2). There is an influence of teaching skill on teacher performance. (3).There is an influence of work motivation on the teacher performance (4).There is an influence of learning model , teaching skill, and work motivation on teacher performance.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru bersertifikasi pada SMA Tanjung Karang Timur Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013 yang dibatasi pada variabel bebas model pembelajaran, keterampilan mengajar, dan motivasi kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah Ex Post Facto dan Survey dengan desain penelitian deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik samplingnya adalah probability sampling dengan proportionate stratified random sampling dan perhitungannya menggunakan rumus slovin. Unit analisis yaitu regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multiple. Obyek adalah guru yang telah bersertifikasi. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dihitung menggunakan rumus stasistik diperoleh: (1). Ada pengaruh model pembelajaran terhadap kinerja guru. (2). Ada pengaruh keterampilan mengajar terhadap kinerja guru. (3). Ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. (4). Ada pengaruh model pembelajaran, keterampilan mengajar, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru.Kata kunci: keterampilan mengajar, kinerja, model pembelajaran, motivas
